Thermally laminated soccer balls are produced by laminating PU to EVA foam and then burning the edges of the panels electrically. This process is the same as that adopted by SIDC. The SR bladder shell with air is used internally; However, the new Runic RS5 ball gets better quality because the bladder shell is wrapped in fabric. Locally produced polyurethane adhesives are used to bond panels.
